With COVID-19 spreading into our area, we will be limiting in-person contact at both of our offices. Effective Wednesday, March 18th, we will be closing both offices to lobby traffic and all transactions will be conducted through our drive thru lanes.
Our drive-up hours will remain 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, and ATMs at both locations are available 24/7. As mentioned in earlier communication, we encourage our members to visit osfcu.com to utilize remote banking capabilities through our online banking program and mobile app. These tools will give you access to:

Both Newfane and Medina locations will be available to members by appointment only. Loan closings and other required appointments will go on as scheduled. Please call our office if you have any questions about your previously scheduled appointment. We ask that you please adhere to CDC guidelines regarding health and safety prior to visiting our office.
