OSFCU will be changing processors for our Master Money Debit and ATM card transactions. During the conversion, we will have limited access to the card maintenance system. Effective Wednesday, March 11, 2020, until we go live on Monday, March 16, 2020 a system freeze kicks in and we will not be able to Order New Cards, Increase Limits and Input Travel Notes. If you know you’ll be traveling outside of your normal spending area during this time period please let us know before the end of business on Tuesday, March 10th to assure you’ll have access to your card while you’re away.
During the final conversion on March 16th, our ATMs in Newfane and Medina will be down as the final processes are completed. They both will be back online once the update is finished.
There may be times during the conversion where our system goes into “offline mode” where withdrawal and purchase limits are reduced. The ATM limit may be lowered to $105 per day and purchase limits will be $300 per day. It is expected we will be in offline mode on March 16th starting at 1am and continuing until the conversion is final.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience, and hope to have everything fully restored as quickly as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
