There are many reasons why we should keep up to date with your contact information. One of the most common is to be able reach you if there's any questionable activity on your OSFCU account. Catching fraudulent activity quickly will help limit your exposure to loss and delays in accessing your credit union funds. Sometimes, legitimate transactions may be perceived as fraudulent and cause your account to be frozen. Being able to quickly contact you goes a long way in resolving issues in a timely manner. We may also contact you via email to inform you of current promotions or specials we offer periodically that may help save you money.
Please be sure we have your up to date contact information. This includes your address, phone and email. Many times we have an old landline as a contact phone and old email addresses that are no longer used. The next time you log into your account via I-Banking, use the Service Center tab to visit My Profile and update your information. Or, just let us know the next time you visit a branch. Either way, it's important for all of us to stay connected!
